POTTERS CREEK CAMP SITE AT CANYON LAKE

NO ACCEPTIONS
All Forms/Certificates MUST be turned into Terry Meek or Barry Howe
NO LATER than the Pack Meeting on March 30th 2010.

If you give your forms/Certs to your Den Leader it is your responsibility to verify that we have received those documents

Completed for all participants

*  Medical Form:
See link below photo's for BSA Medical Form
A Medical Form for all participants must be completed ands submitted by March 30th in order to participate in the camping event.
Participant = Scout, Parents, Siblings.

*  Youth Protection Training:
All adults attending the camp out MUST take Youth Protection training and MUST Submit a copy of the certificate.
